Bookings & Reservations

Availability and reservations are managed through our booking partner, Hostaway. A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email and any required payment has been processed. Rates shown are per night and may not include applicable fees or taxes until checkout.

Payment

Payment is collected securely through our booking engine at the time of reservation, unless otherwise agreed with our team in writing.

Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are handled under our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to treat each property with care, follow any house rules provided at booking, and respect posted check-in and check-out times. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear.

Add-On Services

Services such as a private chef, boat tours, or grocery delivery are offered by us or by independent local partners and are subject to their own availability and pricing at the time of request.

Liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate, but we don't guarantee that every detail (availability, pricing, or property specifics) is error-free at all times. To the extent permitted by law, CH Villa Exumas (chvilla.com) is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website.

Governing Law
